The moment you open your account at agam 69, these terms are active. You'll see a summary during signup and can download the full version anytime from Settings > Legal & Payments. If we update these terms, we'll notify you by email and give you 30 days to review before changes apply.

You can close your account anytime without penalty. If you disagree with a specific rule — say, a payment hold or dispute timeline — contact our support team first. We'll review your concern and explain the reasoning. If you still want to close your account, we'll process that immediately.

These terms explain our side of the payment process — how we receive your deposit, when we credit your account and how we handle reversals. DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS have their own provider terms; those cover their fees, holds and security. Both sets of terms apply to your payment.

File a dispute within 30 days of the transaction. We investigate within 5 business days and notify you of the outcome. If we find an error on our side, we reverse it immediately. If the issue is with your payment provider, we'll guide you through their dispute process.

Yes, you can close your account anytime from Settings > Account. Any balance in your account will be returned to your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Once closed, your account cannot be reopened; you'll need to create a new one if you return.
